PAYPAL ADAPTIVE SETTINGS:-

It's very simple work to set your system PayPal Adaptive settings to split the payment into two, from an order i.e. the commission amount per order for super admin will come in super admin account 
and the rest of the amount will come to restaurant owners account automated when an order is placed.

In general, we have 3 simple steps to do the PayPal Adaptive settings:

STEP 1:

Go to your admin panel, from there you have to select the "SETTINGS" option, then have to select the "PAYMENT GATEWAY SETTINGS" option from there. This setting is for enabling this payment gateway into your system, for all of your business as well as for the site.

Then you can find the " PAYPAL ADAPTIVE " option, Please select that option to activate, then select the settings icon beside the option.

Then you can find a pop-up box will appear, with an option called "Split Payment *" , Please choose the drop down arrow to choose the following options.

 

There you can find 3 options to choose from the drop down list , i.e. :

1.No
2.Yes(Default)
3.Yes(Custom)

***IMPORTANT NOTE:-

1.NO- By selecting this option, SUPER ADMIN has agreed not to set anything for this payment gateway.
2.Yes(Default)- By selecting this option, SUPER ADMIN will find this following option's to set:

A.Mail to receive payments *- If SUPER ADMIN needs to receive payment emails, then he/she can set this option as yes.
B.Paypal Adaptive E-mail *- Need to put SUPER ADMIN PayPal adaptive account email, to activate the split payment system.

If SUPER ADMIN selects this option, he/she cannot set his/her commission amount to be split by the paypal adaptive system, only he/she will receive the amount in his/her account and will receive 
the payment email.

3.Yes(Custom) - By selecting this option, SUPER ADMIN can set his/her Percentage of Commission(%) ,Fixed rate of Commission,Including Tax for an order for all of his/her system business. That 
means after an order is placed, PayPal adaptive will help you to transfer your commission amount per order directly into your account and the rest will be credited to the restaurant owners account.

In general, it is recommended to set this option if you need to split the amount automated FOR BUSINESS OWNER AND SUPER ADMIN.

All of this settings is for SUPER ADMIN only and it is not for BUSINESS OWNER settings.

After doing the necessary settings, please save the settings.

 

STEP 2:

After doing the above settings, you have to select the option " SITE SETTINGS", from there you have to select "SPLIT PAYMENT " option. This is the default module for super admins accounts to 
set in here, so if you don't set anything for your payment gateway, the system will fetch all data from here to split the payment of an order by default, so it is very much necessary to set this 
module.This will be the same default details of super admin which is applicable for the business.

After selecting "SPLIT PAYMENT " option, you can find the following options to set:

A.Split Payment- Here you have select "YES" to activate & "NO" to deactivate it.
B.Percentage of Commission(%)-Here Super admin need to set his/her % commission per order for all business.
C.Fixed Rate of Commission-Here Super admin needs to set his/her fixed rate of commission per order for all business.
D.Including Tax- If the super admin needs to set any tax rates, he/she can easily put the tax details per order here as default for all business.
E.Super Admin Email- Need to put super admins PAYPAL ADAPTIVE ACCOUNT email address.
F.UserName- Need to put Super admins PAYPAL ADAPTIVE ACCOUNT username 
G.Password-Need to put Super admins PAYPAL ADAPTIVE ACCOUNT password
H.Signature-Need to put Super admins PAYPAL ADAPTIVE ACCOUNT signature
I.AppId-Need to put Super admins PAYPAL ADAPTIVE ACCOUNT applied
J.Mode of Payment- Need to select "Live" to start functioning & receive payments, "Sandbox" for creating the test environment.

Then please save the required settings.

STEP 3:

Now, you have to come to "MY BUSINESS" section, then have to select the required business to set the PayPal Adaptive settings, after selecting the required business, select the option " 
Notifications & Payment Options" , there you can find the PAYPAL ADAPTIVE payment gateway option to set for the business, then you need to activate the settings and have to select the settings 
the icon beside the option.

Then you can find a pop-up box will appear, with an option called "Split Payment *" , Please choose the drop down arrow to choose from the options.

There you can find 3 options to choose from the drop down list , i.e. :

1.No
2.Yes(Default)
3.Yes(Custom)

In general, it is recommended to set this option if you need to split the amount automated FOR SUPER ADMIN AND BUSINESS OWNER.

3.Yes(Custom) - By selecting this option, BUSINESS OWNER can set his/her Percentage of Commission(%) ,Fixed rate of Commission,Including Tax for an order for his/her business. That means 
after an order is paid, PayPal adaptive will help you to transfer your commission amount per order directly into BUSINESS OWNER account and the rest will be credited to his/her own account 
for product purchase.

In general, it is NOT recommended to set this option if you need to split the amount automated FOR SUPER ADMIN AND BUSINESS OWNER. This setting is being done only when a SUPER 
ADMIN doesn't need to have any commission and in place of that BUSINESS OWNER wants.

All of this settings is for BUSINESS OWNER only and it is not for SUPER ADMIN settings.

After doing the necessary settings, please save the settings.

That is all you have to do, in order to set your system PayPal Adaptive gateway for Split Payment System.
